For those of us old enough to remember the 1975-1985 period this is all too similar, plus more crime. Add 40 years of leftist education and it is even worse. Add that we have an administration that has taken the most feckless trophy from Carter. I heard someone whining about home loans getting around 5%. The only time I saw that was refinancing to get the great rate of 4.75%.
Add that to elite leadership that is good at one thing, blaming someone else for their failures. I wonder if those that voted these clowns in will wake up to what they have done.
Yes, this would be a good time to rewatch “Death Wish.” Along with stagflation, crime was the signature issue of that earlier period. As for political leadership Carter & Co. were bad, but Biden & Co. are comic-opera horrible.
And we even have a war caused by Russian aggression, just like 1979!
